Challenge

As the first Visa Infinite artist led experience of its kind, there was no existing playbook to follow. We had to bring an internationally acclaimed artist into a genuinely intimate setting without losing that intimacy, while layering in dining, cocktails and a whisky tasting so that every touchpoint felt personal and considered rather than like a series of separate activations bolted together for a single, invite only night.

Solution

We treated the evening as a single, considered journey rather than a lineup of features. Guests were welcomed personally from the moment they arrived, drawn into interactive touchpoints as they mingled, guided through a curated dining and drinks experience, brought together for an intimate live performance at the evening's centre, and sent off with a keepsake that carried the night home with them. Each stage was built with a specialist collaborator, from award winning chefs to master mixologists, so the exclusivity felt earned rather than staged.

Execution

Guests were personally received by concierge crews from the moment they arrived, easing into a foyer alive with a photowall, live artist sketches that gave the networking hour its own sense of occasion. Dinner brought together chefs Julien Mercier and Jordan Keao for a refined, interactive menu, while bespoke cocktails and a rare whisky tasting with Diageo's Rare and Exceptional range gave guests reason to keep exploring through the night. At the centre of it all, Laufey performed in an intimate, floral lit setting built around her own artistic identity, before guests departed with a personalised gift to close the evening.
