Overview

In collaboration with Creation Collective, we've turned a former power station into a repeat stage for some of the world's most in demand electronic acts. From Jamie XX's pulsating rhythms and Black Coffee's soulful beats to Fred Again's genre bending sets, each show in the Warehouse Series has been more than a music showcase, it's a sonic experience crafted with care. We translate each artist's distinctive soundscape into a compelling live experience, matched by striking visual production that amplifies the atmosphere and resonates with local music culture.

At a glance

Challenge

There's a need for speed. Operations for large-scale productions like these demand rapid turnaround, from securing world-class acts to managing intricate production logistics under fast timelines and high-pressure show environments. The historic Pasir Panjang Power Station offers a distinct, industrial flair, but its spatial constraints require meticulous planning for every act that comes through. We also have to manage the expectations of artists accustomed to larger productions, requiring strategic downscaling to align with the venue's specifications without sacrificing performance quality, show after show.

Solution

We established a strong partnership with Creation Collective to build seamless, repeatable operations rather than reinventing the process for every show. Together, we drive the Warehouse Series, managing the full production layer from venue coordination and technical planning to supplier alignment, licensing, and build and teardown. That partnership gave us agile workflows we could apply act after act, adapting quickly to volatile factors including artist requirements, complex technical riders and crowd management, so each new booking builds on what came before it instead of starting from zero.

Execution

Across the series, we've shaped a distinct identity for each act while keeping every show a one-of-a-kind audio-visual spectacle in its own right, delivered by a collective effort from the team across the board. Each show fetching nearly 4,000 attendees in each show, with Fred Again's set marking the latest two day sold-out addition to a lineup that's turned a former power station into a venue experience that feels industrial, immersive and alive.

It's a clear demonstration of our expertise in end-to-end project management, spanning design curation, stakeholder management, production, logistics and on-site execution.
